As a one-stop service firm that is involved from product design all the way to product delivery – we, at Rainbow US Inc, do not leave anything to chance…this is our commitment to you:

  • We will assign a dedicated project coordinator to you and your project. At Rainbow very project coordinator is experienced in the toy industry and knowledgeable about every aspect of the toy creation process. Our project coordinators are available when you need them to answer any questions, and will keep you informed on the status of your custom plush creation. 
  • Our custom plush toys include all sewn-in labels and external tags, which can be custom-made to the specific design of your choosing.
  • We provide you with all the needed shipping services, so you don’t have to worry about how and when you will get your end-product. 
  • The required deposit allowing us to begin your project is only paid before we begin work on the graphic design, but before that is done, we make sure to provide you with all the help and advice needed to reach your desired design – without charge. This gives you the chance to see if we are the right fit for you or not, but from our experience, we are quite confident we will be since our work will speak for itself.

The Seven Steps of the Rainbow

Our industry success and leadership has been built on commitment to efficiency, quality, and keen knowledge of our industry as well as target market. Rainbow US Inc adheres to the following tried and true seven step process, that successfully takes you from beginning to end showing you our leadership.

Step 1

Complete the form to get a quote at our “Get a Quote” page. You can tell us about your idea in the form of a picture, created digitally or hand-drawn, or a description of what your envisioning for your product and the features you require. The form will guide you in providing us with as much of the initial details we need to give you an accurate and competitively-priced quote. The more detail you can provide at this point, the better! Our quotes are all-inclusive and there are no hidden charges. They are carefully considered and tailored to each individual inquiry and its parameters. 

Step 2

We will send you a confirmation upon receiving your request, and within a week one of our team members will get back to you with a personalized quote, including a deposit amount. At this time, we will also provide you with specific information and details regarding the custom plush toy we will create for you.

Step 3

We invite you to set-up a convenient time with your assigned project coordinator or designer and sales team member to further discuss details of aesthetics, function, proportion and any other details via email, phone or video call based on what is most convenient for you.

Step 4

After agreeing on the initial design and receiving your deposit, we put together a graphic design representation of your custom plush toy for your initial review and feedback. This usually takes 3-5 days.

Step 5

 After implementing revisions you require and your satisfaction of the final design, we begin prototyping your piece. This prototyping takes 1-2 weeks for a normal plush, and 3-4 weeks for mechanical plush. Once the prototype has been created and sent to you, alterations you feel are needed or required will be arranged with your project coordinator.

Step 6

When we have reached your envisioned final prototype, we will enter the production phase of the process and produce the plush toy in the agreed upon and specified quantities that you have ordered. All the necessary testing will occur and be completed at this stage so that we can guarantee the quality of our products. The complete production and testing phase are usually completed within 60 days.

Upon completion, the plush toys are delivered to your chosen destination, at which time any outstanding balance will be paid.
